Hello :) I am an introverted and tidy person looking for a peaceful place to live. I am not currently working due to illness so I will be home a lot. I still like to go out and do stuff though.

Due to being unemployed I am a beneficiary. Please be assured that this does not affect my ability to pay rent on time as I receive a stable weekly income.

I’m quiet and sensitive to noise so I need to be somewhere there isn’t too much road noise or any loud neighbours. I’d also prefer somewhere with not too many visitors. I’m a bit autistic and social situations can be hard for me. I’m still friendly though and can socialise, it just needs to be on my own terms. I hope to live with people who are laid-back and understanding of differences.

I’m very good with household tasks like cleaning, putting out the bins and getting mail. I consider it my duty to look after the place I’m staying as if it were my own. I cook a few times a week but nothing crazy, and always clean up after myself.

If your place is in a nice area for walking, that’s great :) I like to walk around the neighbourhood most days to stay fit. I have a car too.

I would prefer to have the use of my own bathroom.
