Im a 23 year old student and very respectful and friendly! Im able to move in a month as thats the required notice for my current place. Id prefer to stay with other girls but am not fully opposed to living with a guy. I also have multiple roomate references.

I have a small dog (toy poodle cross) and hes well behaved and doesnt shed or destroy things! Ive been told multiple times that hes more like a cat than a dog :). He has a pet CV with references that I can provide on request. Good with other dogs and has lived with cats before but tends to annoy them.
