Preferred locations: Sunnynook, Takapuna, Milford, Northcote, Glenfield ** Must be close to the Northern Busway, ideally within walking distance**

Budget: Up to $400 per week (including expenses)

Move-in: Late August/September

I’m looking for a new long-term place from late August. After a number of years supporting family, I’m now ready to find a comfortable place to call home.   A bit about me: I’m a reliable, financially stable working professional. I’m tidy, respectful, and value a calm, well-kept living environment. I enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle and appreciate a quiet, relaxed home. Finding the right long-term fit is important to me.

I’m looking for: A self-contained one-bedroom granny flat or studio - just for me, (so, if you’re currently building that granny flat in your backyard and forward thinking on a tenant, keep me in mind!) OR, A spacious room with an ensuite in a tidy home, ideally with one or two other women (30+) A clean, well-maintained space (modern preferred) Room for a queen bedroom suite, which I need to bring with me
