Description

Hi, We are a couple in our early 50s seeking a spacious room or ideally a bedroom and office, or equivalent, to rent in a private and secure location within a 20- 30 minute radius of Papakura were we both are currently working . We possess excellent references attesting to our honesty, reliability, tidiness, and consideration. Our ideal accommodation would offer off-street parking for at least one vehicle, with a room having its own entrance being highly desirable. Additional garage and/or storage space , (that we are willing to pay more for), would be a great bonus, however not essential. Although we are friendly and easy-going, we keep mainly to ourselves and tend to maintain a low profile and receive few visitors.
