Hi all — I’m currently looking for a 1-bedroom place to rent in Palmerston North (or within ~15km).

Ideally after something self-contained (unit, sleepout, studio, cabin, or small house….warm cave). Not looking for a flatting/shared situation unless it has a private bathroom and entrance.

Working full-time and spend the weekends with my kids, so not a party person. Budget: up to $350 per week Move-in: within the next 4 weeks Tenant type: single, working, quiet and reliable I can provide references and have stable income.
