I’m Dan, I’m 27, and I work full time as a data analyst (including a couple of days from home each week). I love to keep my space well-decorated and tidy and I’ve got lots of houseplants 🙂 I tend to keep to myself most of the time when I’m home so I’m looking for a place where people respect shared spaces and don’t mind a bit of quiet - but I’m more than happy to chat over a cup of coffee or join in on the occasional flat dinner/movie night!

I also have an 8-month old cat called Artemis who’s very well-behaved and social.

My budget is roughly $260 per week plus expenses, and ideally I’m looking for large room with an ensuite and plenty of space.
