Mature, reliable woman looking for a furnished room – Napier / Hastings 🌿 Hi, I’m looking for a comfortable, furnished room in Napier, Hastings, Taradale or surrounding areas, ideally within about 30km of Napier CBD. I’m turning 60 shortly and am relatively new to Hawke’s Bay, so I’m currently establishing myself in the area. I’m clean, tidy, reliable and respectful of other people’s homes and privacy. I’m a non-smoker, have no pets or dependants, and have my own car and full driver’s licence. I’m looking for a quiet, friendly and relaxed home rather than a busy or party-style flat. I love animals, sunshine and having a peaceful place to call home, so I’m very happy sharing a home with pets. Ideally I’d like: A furnished room Good wardrobe/storage space, preferably a double wardrobe Parking available A quiet, comfortable household Up to $300 per week including power/Wi-Fi and other household utilities I’m looking for somewhere I can settle rather than just somewhere to sleep.
