Hi! I’m a 26-year-old female Master’s student at the University of Otago, currently living in Dunedin North. I’m looking for a peaceful, fully furnished room to rent within walking distance of the Otago Business School ideally for the duration of my studies. I can pay up to $300 for an ensuite.

I’m a quiet, tidy, and respectful individual who values meaningful interaction but also deeply appreciates personal privacy, especially in my room. My lifestyle is structured and intentional, and I take pride in maintaining a clean and organised environment.

Cleanliness is more than just a preference, it’s essential to my well-being. I have strong allergies, so my living environment must be fresh, mould-free, and free from strong odours such as cigarette smoke, heavy air fresheners, and unclean spaces. A functional heater is also a must for those colder months.

I don’t smoke, drink, or host parties. I usually stay in when I’m not on campus (assignments and studying keep me busy), and I prefer home-cooked meals. I’m flexible with kitchen schedules and happy to coordinate cooking times.
