Im pretty easy going, generally keep to myself but do enjoy the social catch ups with friends and others over meals, movies, walks etc.

Im always respectful that im living in someone else’s home so regularly maintain a clean, clutter free space.

Punctual with rent and other bills.

I do have kids but they won’t be coming to the flat/unit.

No pets but do enjoy all kinds and am happy to help with walks, babysitting etc 😊

Im looking for a space either on my own in a separate unit or semi-separate room with ensuite that I can come home to, unwind and recharge.

I am starting full-time study (bachelor of business) via distance at Massey University in November and am looking into what opportunities will be available to pick up a couple days work close to wherever I end up moving too.

Income is stable, a furnished space with ensuite, separate entrance and parking would be ideal that I could move into now.

P.S cooking is the one thing in life that I have never enjoyed doing so will say now I wont be doing a lot of that but enjoy cleaning so am happy to always help where I can with that around the kitchen and home in general and am a connoisseur when it comes to doordash, uber eats etc 😂
