Hey! I’m a 22 year old guy who’s just landed a job in Albany and looking for a room in the area. Pretty new to the city so keen to find a good flat to settle into.

I’m clean and tidy, work regular hours and don’t smoke. I’m a mix of social and independent, happy to hang out but also totally fine doing my own thing, so no pressure either way. I usually head home on weekends so I won’t always be around.

Looking for something long term, ideally moving in around the 8th of June, and somewhere close to Westfield Albany or Massey University as my office is nearby. My budget is $250-300 per week bills included.
