Room Wanted: Furnished En-suite near Avondale / West Auckland (Mid-June Move-in)

🏠Hi everyone! I’m moving to Auckland in mid-June for work and am looking for a long-term, furnished en-suite room (private bedroom and bathroom).

📍 Preferred Areas: New Lynn, Mt Albert, Mt Eden, Avondale, or surrounding suburbs.

🛋️ Room Needs: Must be furnished (bed, wardrobe/drawers, etc.).

💼 About Me: I’m a masters student and working professional. My office is based in Avondale, so I’m looking for an easy commute. I am clean, quiet, respectful of boundaries, but always down for a casual chat or a shared coffee/meal.

🗓️ Move-in Date: Mid-June (flexible on the exact date).

💰 Budget: around 300 per week (ideally including expenses/utilities).
