Hi 😊 I’m a mature full-time student at Ara studying business/accounting, looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live — ideally a sleepout or semi self-contained space where I can have a little independence and focus on study. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and fairly quiet. Most of my time is spent at Ara, at the gym, or quietly doing my own thing. I don’t party or bring lots of people around, and I really value a calm, tidy home environment. I’m looking for somewhere warm, relaxed, and friendly rather than a hectic flatting situation.
