New Brighton) properties, thank you ** I’m a mature full-time student at Ara studying business/accounting, looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live — ideally a sleepout or semi self-contained space where I can have a little independence and focus on study. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and fairly quiet. Most of my time is spent at Ara, catching up with friends, or quietly doing my own thing. I don’t party or bring lots of people around, and I really value a calm, tidy home environment. I’m looking for somewhere warm, relaxed, and friendly rather than a hectic flatting situation.
