I am a responsible, tidy, and reliable tenant with full-time employment. I prefer to have my own space with an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette if possible, as I value privacy and independence. If not I’m ok to share bathroom with 1 other female.

I always pay rent on time, keep my living space clean and well maintained, and I live a quiet lifestyle. I am respectful of neighbours, do not smoke.
