I am professional, tidy and organised female looking for a room to rent - in a shared space environment is fine. I just started a new role on the North Shore, Auckland so need somewhere close to my work. I wont be needing the washing facilities etc, just room & bathroom etc. If utilities are included that is a bonus. I have my own furniture too, but just need to use cooking facilities from time to time & a fridge.
