Hi, I am new to New Zealand. Looking for a place to be closer to school and get to know the city. Ideal neighborhood is either Greenlane or Ellerslie near public transportation. I’m respectful of personal space, clean and considerate in shared areas, and responsible when it comes to rent and household needs. I’m a good communicator. I also value both independence and creating a sense of community at home.
