Hi! I’m Scott. I study full-time and work as a Casual EMT. I’m hoping to find a flat as I move into full-time work and continue my studies online.

Between shift work and studying, I’m very used to managing a busy schedule. I’m naturally good at keeping to myself and respecting everyone else’s routines—whether I’m heading out early, coming home late, or catching up on sleep during the day between shifts.

I pride myself on pulling my weight and keeping things clean and tidy. I really value a warm, relaxed atmosphere where flatmates (ideally in a similar age group, though not a dealbreaker) are happy to chat, grab a coffee, or share a meal when schedules align.

I always make an effort to have some free time to make the most of the outdoors, whether that’s mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, or exploring the region. Otherwise, I’m pretty content keeping things low-key.

Overall, I’m looking for a clean, friendly, and well-maintained flat with people who value a peaceful home!
