Kannan

Hi, I’m Annamalai Kannan. I’m a Data Analyst currently working full-time at Trends / Tuapeka Gold in Fairfield, and I recently graduated with a Master’s in Data Science from the University of Otago.

I’ve been living in Dunedin for over two years now, so I have a good amount of flatting experience and understand the usual responsibilities around rent, bills, cleanliness, and being respectful of shared spaces. I’ve never defaulted on a bill payment before.

I’m getting married this December, so I’m looking to move into a place from 1 January, with my wife joining me by March.

Neither of us smoke, drink, or vape, and we don’t have any pets. Outside of work, I’m usually either playing or watching football, and I also follow cricket. I’m career-focused and motivated about my work, but easy-going and respectful at home.

I have a small car, so having an off-street parking space would be helpful.
