I am 32 years old, a non-smoker, and have been living in New Zealand for the past two years. Work & Reason for Moving: I’ve recently accepted a new job opportunity as a restaurant manager in Mission Bay, which is what brings me down to Auckland. I will be working 5 days a week, and my days off will typically fall on weekdays. I am naturally a very quiet, tidy, and considerate person who values clean, hygienic shared spaces. Since you work from home, you won’t have to worry—I like to maintain a peaceful, calm environment at home. On my days off, I usually just enjoy going out for relaxing walks. I am currently living up north in Paihia, so unfortunately, I won’t be able to come down in person for a viewing prior to moving. I am hoping to move in on 29 August, when my new role starts at the end of the month. I hope that date works with your timeline given the flexibility you mentioned!
