Luke

Hello new housemates,

I’m Luke (31) from Germany, after test living Auckland since November I now have found a job and will start working in July. I have the dream of living in New Zealand since a while and decided to give it a try. This journey started really spontaneous as I had the chance of sailing from Fiji to New Zealand but I settled in nicely in Auckland previously living in St Johns.

Currently I am living and volunteering on the Sea Shepherd ship based in the Viaduct harbor and I am looking for a room starting in June.

Also when I work, I want to spend the days sailing, meeting new friends, going to yoga or surfing and enjoy the Kiwi lifestyle as much as possible.

I’m an engineer by profession and recently worked in renewable energy and will be working in modernizing agriculture.

I like to hang out with my flatmates and cook together, have a drink or go for some sport together. I like having deep talks about life, society and politics but will not push these onto you if this is not the mood.

It would be really nice to meet you and have a chat☺️
