LOOKING TO TEAM UP

Hi there, I’m looking for like minded young working professionals to team up and find a flat. I’m thinking of taking over the lease of a 3 bedroom rental (there are pretty good places out there) and subletting the rooms.

I’m looking for a few key requirements – non smoker + good considerate flatmate + this isn’t going to be a crazy party flat. I’m happy to handle most of the logistics with moving in (I’ve been a head tenant for many years), I just need committed long term flatmates and I’ll look to make sure rent is ≤$250/week.
