Long term boarder seeking spacious room in a peaceful and secure home.

Greetings home owners, I work full-time, study part-time, and have commitment on Sunday.
I don’t drink or smoke and I won’t bring randoms onto your property, security is important to me. I’m meticulously tidy, rent is paid 4+ weeks in advance and I love pets.

I have my own bed, and small dresser. I can pay up to $240 per week, inclusive of bills, and Wi-Fi for my online studies. I’m a considerate person and respectful of your privacy, property and space.

I just need, a bit of garage space (for my bicycle, an empty suitcase and 3 boxes), a shelf in the fridge and some freezer space.
