Long term boarder seeking spacious room in a warm, peaceful and secure home.

Greetings home owners, I work full-time on rotating shifts for the port and my work hrs are even longer during peak season. I’m a new resident to the South Island and I’m chuffed to be in Dunedin.

I don’t drink or smoke and I won’t bring randoms onto your property, security is important to me. I’m meticulously tidy, rent is paid 4+ weeks in advance and I love love love pets if you have any.

I have my own bed, desk chair, tv, ap and bicycle. I’m a considerate person and respectful of your views, values, privacy, property and space.

I just need a shelf in the fridge, pantry, and freezer. I prepare bulk meals on my day off and freeze them, leaving the kitchen free most of the time. Unfortunately my rdo’s won’t be the same day every week but I will still pull my weight in maintaining a healthy and hygienic home.
