I’m starting my PhD at Victoria University of Wellington, so I’ll be pretty focused on my studies but also easygoing and easy to live with. I keep common areas clean, am respectful about noise levels, and always pay rent and bills on time. I’m friendly and happy to chat over coffee or in the kitchen, but I also respect people’s space and privacy—whether you’re studying, working from home, or just need some downtime. If any issues come up, I prefer to communicate directly and work things out calmly. I’m low-drama and just looking for a comfortable, respectful living situation where everyone feels at home.
