I’m an Australian moving to Dunedin for work I am looking to be set up close to the hospital for easy access to work I plan to travel and look to stay long-term in Dunedin I’ve been renting in a house of 4 in Mornington for 2 months, but it’s being sold. I work 8-430 and have no musical instruments, so there are no crazy hours for excessive noise. I would like to find a place where the house socialise but a quiet house and where everyone keeps to themselves is more than ok I’m tidy and clean up after myself, habits from working medical I have a car, so I am looking for a place that has either street or free street parking.
