I am a 25 y/o student teacher and Nanny. I am very friendly, easy-going and clean/ respectful of other peoples spaces. I enjoy being social and would love a flat where theres a perfect mix of that and downtime. I have lived in shared flats for around 5 years and moved back home to Christchurch a year ago so am definitely experienced on how to be a good flatmate. :)
