Hello! I’m Miyuse from Japan. I’m looking for a short term flat in Auckland for 1month!!

I’m looking for a new place to live because I suddenly have to move out of my current flat.

I work in Wynyard Quarter, so I’m looking for a place with good access to Wynyard Quarter (within 20 minutes by bus).

🏠Preferences:

• Budget: $200–$270/week (including bills)

• Location:Around Victoria Park, Beaumont Street,CBD,Freemans Bay, Ponsonby, Newton or areas with bus routes serving Wynyard Quarter (routes20 or 75or city rink)

• Fully furnished room

• Female flatmate preferred

• Late-night shower access (due to late work shifts)

• Street parking available nearby (I won’t use a car to commute right now, but I plan to buy one during my 1-month stay here because I’ll be moving to a farm job outside Auckland next)

A bit about me: I’m tidy, easygoing, and respectful, and I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I don’t smoke. I enjoy spending time quietly, but I also like talking and going out. My hobbies are listening to music, cooking and eating.

My English is still basic, but I enjoy communicating!
