I’m a kiwi who’s living in New Zealand short-term until early July 2026, while I take care of some family and life admin.

I’m looking for a clean, tidy, and warm room in the Christchurch CBD in a comfortable, safe, furnished home, ideally with a private bathroom or en-suite and kitchenette.

I’m currently working as a casual relief teacher at various schools around the city, and go to the gym 5 nights a week, so typically out most days Monday to Friday.

I live quietly, pay on time, and am respectful. I’ve received “Best Tenant of All Time” from multiple landlords and have had two friends recently say they’d like to have me stay forever.

I’m happy to pop around for a quick visit to see if we’re a fit.
