Iā€™m looking to move for a room with an ensuite preferred. Looking around Howick, surrounding suburbs to Ellerslie or Remuera. Preference is to have an off street park. Rent to incl utilities and, wifi depending on room rate. Must be able to use of laundry facilities. No set time frame could be 4-6 months or longer. If you have a Granny flat would be keen on that.
