I’m looking to move for right room. No set timeline, but July but if great can wait for a great room or granny flat. Im looking for a furnished room, queen bed, good mattress. Or room plunfurnished but storage for about 40 boxes. Must have ensuite or own bathroom. Off street parking preferred. Board incl water, wifi. Must have laundry access. Looking for approx 6-12 months. If a Granny flat or 1bdrm possibly long term. $250-$300 or more if a granny or 1bdrm to discuss at time.
