Hello, I’m Isla. I’m 16 and I’m currently looking for a sleepout or a room to rent. i just recently moved to wairarapa and have been looking for school i’m not pick on a area just prefer something around masterton or carterton. I receive Youth Payment, so I’m able to manage my own responsibilities and can afford to pay up to $290 a week in rent, aswell as paying for my own food

I understand that having a 16-year-old as a tenant isn’t necessarily ideal, but I’m extremely independent, quiet and mature for my age. Due to the way I grew up, I’ve had to learn to rely on myself and take responsibility for my own life. I’m currently homeless and looking for somewhere stable to call home.

I don’t take up much space and I’m not home very often as i’m looking at returning back to high school. I’m respectful, tidy and would keep to myself, while making sure I look after the place and respect the people I’m living around. I’d really appreciate being considered despite my age.
