Hi there, I’m a 44-year-old woman looking for a room in the wider Porirua region. I grew up locally and own a property in Pukerua Bay, so this area very much feels like home.

I work on contracts in the education space and also as a filmmaker. I love movies, travel, and staying active - I try to get to the gym 4-5 days a week. I don’t drink or smoke and I’m not looking for a party house; I really value a calm, respectful home environment.

I’m very clean and tidy, mindful of shared spaces, and respectful of people’s privacy. I get along easily with most people, communicate clearly, and am low-drama. I also love animals.

I’m currently awaiting the outcome of a US visa, which means my timeline is a bit unpredictable - so I’m ideally looking for a flexible flatting arrangement rather than a long fixed-term commitment. I will however be upfront and communicative as things evolve.
