Hello! My name is Wayne, and I’m a Canadian retiree tradesmen and farmer who enjoys a quiet, responsible lifestyle and taking excellent care of homes and animals.

At this stage of life,76 I have the time, patience, and reliability that homeowners value most. I treat every home as if it were my own.

I have lifelong experience caring for homes, gardens, and pets (particularly cats and dogs). I’m comfortable with daily routines such as feeding, walking, administering basic care, light gardening, and keeping everything clean and orderly. I’m naturally observant and will let you know promptly if anything needs attention.

In Canada, I have two places that guest come to stay at. If you go to cottages in Canada and then go to Kincardine, Ontario and then go to the Hummingbird cottage or the Woodcarver studio. You could see comments that have been made about me and the type of lifestyle that I live

Try to keep things to be clean need and tidy, the only thing I asked for is a place where I can buy a E-bike to bike around on my off times. Also I live on Lake Huron so if there’s a lake or a farm. I would enjoy that very much. And in time I hope that you would come and visit me where I live.

Don’t smoke, live a low-key lifestyle, and spend most of my time reading, walking, my office I tell people is On The Beach, enjoying the finer things in nature, I’m not a party-goer and won’t have guests over unless I ask you first if it’s OK with you — your home will be peaceful and well cared for. People describe me as dependable, calm, and considerate and built on trust, respect and communication. I’m very happy to provide photos. New Zealand has been a long-time dream of mine to come back to, it’s been over 50 years, I would like to experience New Zealand slowly and respectfully.
