Clean, tidy, ex-professional rebuilding life after ending a long-term relationship and enduring a temporary health issue. I am currently on a benefit, but please don’t hold that against me. I have plenty of savings (so no issues with paying bills) and had worked full-time since I was 19yrs old up until recently, and desperately want to get back on my feet and working again.

Quiet, keep mostly to myself and will be ultimately studying/working from home for the foreseeable future. Looking for somewhere long-term where I can heal and work on improving my life. Would prefer a sleepout or situation where I can have my own (small) living area.

I come with a 60inch tv, chrome cast, noise cancelling headphones, tiny couch, a queen bed (brand new so non- negotiable) and would ideally need some additional long-term storage - have been condensing a household of belongings down to fit just a room, which is hard. A lot has already been donated to the Salvation Army.

PLEASE - unfurnished rooms only, I cannot live in someone else’s bed etc. I’m 43, I need my space, my things, and my dignity. This is non-negotiable.

Off-street parking or on-street in a quiet area is a must - have a Toyota Corolla Allex (little hatchback) so won’t take up too much space.
