Hi everyone! 👋I am going to start my Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) training at the Wanaka Airport, and I am looking for a long-term single room in an existing flat. I am a serious, focused aviation student. Flight training requires intense theory study and early morning flight schedules I am a Non-smoker, clean, tidy, and highly respectful of communal living spaces and house rules. I am not looking for a party house; I prefer a calm, mature, and friendly home environment. I have guaranteed, reliable funding for my entire training period and will always pay rent on time. Ideally Albert Town, Luggate, or Wanaka (close to the airport commute is a plus!).Budget: Up to $ 350 NZD/week (ideally including utilities/Wi-Fi to keep expenses predictable).
