🏡 Looking for a Spacious Ensuite Room Near UC – Preferably Ilam! 😊

Kia ora everyone! 👋

I’m currently in my 3rd semester of Master’s in Applied Data Science at the University of Canterbury and will be starting my summer internship shortly. I also work remotely for an IT company. I’ve been living in Ilam for the past 9–10 months and am now looking to upgrade to a more spacious room, preferably with an ensuite/private bathroom. 📍 Location: Preferably Ilam or anywhere within walking distance of UC. 🛏️ Room: Spacious, comfortable, and preferably ensuite. 👩‍👦 Occupancy: Primarily for myself, but my mum will be visiting and staying with me temporarily. I’m looking for some flexibility regarding this and am happy to discuss additional rent during her stay. 📅 Move-in: Within 21 days of confirmation, as I need to give notice to my current landlord. A little about me : I’m calm, friendly, soft-spoken, tidy, and respectful of personal space. I don’t drink, smoke, or have pets. I enjoy hitting gym daily and going for a run, and I appreciate a peaceful, positive home environment.

I’m responsible with rent and bills and would love to share a home with friendly, considerate people.

If you have anything suitable, please feel free to comment or DM me. Happy to arrange a viewing!
