We’re a calm, respectful, easy-going couple looking for a friendly, well-organised flatshare. We like the apartment to be clean and for everyone to feel at home: clear communication, simple ground rules, and respect for shared spaces. We generally enjoy making the most of our days, and in the evenings we appreciate a relaxed atmosphere (while still being sociable—we’re happy to share dinner or a drink now and then). We’re reliable with rent, take good care of the place, and are always up for a healthy, pleasant living situation.
