🏡 Looking for a quirky, affordable place to call home – Auckland/North Shore

Hi everyone 😊

I’m a 61-year-old single British lady looking for somewhere affordable to live and am open to all sorts of possibilities. I enjoy keeping myself to myself, but also love mingling with others and having a good banter. I’d ideally love my own private space, with my own bedroom and bathroom, and somewhere I can cook for myself.

I’m an artist and crafter, so if there happens to be a little space where I could do some artwork, that would be a wonderful bonus. I’m also very open to something a bit different or quirky – a small cottage, studio, sleepout, granny flat, unusual space, or something similar.

💰 My budget is quite limited, so I’m particularly interested in arrangements where I could help in exchange for reduced rent.

I have experience running my own cleaning business, and I’ve also been a full-time carer for many years. I’m happy to help with things such as: • Cleaning and housekeeping • Cooking • Gardening and general outdoor jobs • Helping care for someone • General household help

I’m practical, creative, reliable and happy to think outside the box. If you have a property, room, sleepout, studio or unusual space that isn’t being used, I’d love to hear from you.

I’m mainly looking around Auckland/North Shore /Hobsonville areas, but I’m open to hearing about other possibilities if the right opportunity comes up.
