First off, we’re clean but not obsessive. We all believe in doing our part: dishes don’t sit in the sink, common areas stay tidy, and we rotate chores without anyone having to “parent” the house. We’re big on communication if something’s bothering us, we talk about it early and kindly instead of letting it build up. We’re also mindful of schedules and shared space. Some of us work early, some have later nights, so we’re naturally considerate about noise and guests. We always give a heads-up if friends are coming over, and we keep gatherings small and respectful.
