In Christchurch, or Selwyn, I’m looking to share soon.

I currently rent in Redwood (for the past 3 years) and previously shared in Wellington (and have a referee).

I am mature-aged, active, was working until mid February. nd Hope to start a new job in March-April. I have a LinkedIn profile showing work history & can provide a work reference also.

Seeking share place with singles or a family, open to living with children and always open to having pets around.

I pet-sit about once a month, so I may be away for a couple of nights, or a week or two, at a time (locally). It gives you space while I still pay as a roomie.

I’m a nnon-smoker, and drug-free. Single, social, positive, friendly.

I do have furniture (bedroom & some lounge-room, small freezer, chairs, smaller tables), kitchen utensils, nice plants (indoor & outdoor). I will store most but its there if needed or useful.
