Myself, Vietnamese, early 30 lady, being here in Auckland pursuing a master degree.

Im looking for a room:

• ideally walking max 15mins to CBD/ uni city campus
• with good sunlight and air flow
• fully furnished
• prefer high level in an apartment if possible
• share with female only preferred
• ensuit bathroom is a plus, otherwise happy to share with 1 or 2 others flatties
• chill and quite, rarely occasional party (accepted for kinda big event like Xmas, Easter, Bday,… not weekly, fornightly, monthly 🥹)

a bit about my lifestyle:

• I cook, love cooking Asian food
• clean and tidy, bring as much as green if I can
• love things smell good so I do laundry often (reasonable 😊)
• Im calm, care and listening for good. pretty introvert full time, but socialize part time hehe
