Kia ora. I’m currently looking for a room within walking distance of UC. I’m a 24 y/o female student who is responsible, clean, organized, and easygoing. I’m quiet, trustworthy, and considerate in shared living spaces. I always pay rent on time, keep common areas tidy, and communicate clearly. I’m looking for a calm, comfortable home, not a party house, as I prefer a peaceful and quiet environment. I am a vegetarian and I cook my own meals.
