Hi My husband and I are very interested in your room. We are looking for a long-term, stable place to stay in Hastings that is within walking or biking distance to my work. I am currently a Master’s student at EIT and work at Pak’nSave, while my husband works full-time at Bostock Brothers. Because of our work and study schedules, we lead a very quiet and organized lifestyle. I usually start my shifts at 5:00 AM, so I am very mindful of noise and am typically out of the house before most people wake up. We are independent, tidy, and very respectful of house boundaries. We are looking for a peaceful environment where everyone’s space is valued. Our current budget is around $300/week. Would you be open to having a couple, and if so, when might be a good time for us to come and view the room? Looking forward to hearing from you!
