Hi, I’m James. A professional working in HR/Project Management. Moved to Napier 7 months ago and my current accommodation is ending mid January 2027 so seeing if I can tie up some temporary accommodation from mid Jan to end of February. Social, easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.

I’m pretty active and spend a lot of time outdoors hiking, biking (still need to get one locally), paddleboarding, and exploring new places. At home I like things to be relaxed. I’m social and up for a chat or movie with a wine or gin and or shared meal now and then, but also independent and respectful of people’s space.

Ideally looking for a place with good vibes, clean common areas, and flatmates who are easygoing and considerate. Ideally looking close to Ahuriri/Bluff Hill, Napier or near by.
