🌿 Kia ora! My 7-year-old daughter and I are looking for a new place in Mt Albert / Mt Eden (she’s going to Gladstone Primary in Mt Albert) 👩‍👧About us: We’re a very friendly and respectful little team of two. I’m working full time with Air NZ (office hours), particularly clean, tidy and organised. My girl is usually full of questions, giggles and kindness. We enjoy casual chats just as much as quiet time. I can provide 4 great references from previous landlords in Akld, Napier and Palmy. 🏡We’re looking for a room for long-term stay (ideally with 1–2 flatmates or landlord – no smokers / vapers). Move-in date is end of March or early April. ✨ We’d need the place to be fully furnished (since we have no furniture) with: • A double or queen bed (own beddings) • A desk and 2 chairs — our most used and favourite corner in the room for work, reading, study, drawing, etc. • A spacious wardrobe • Any extra drawers, shelves, or storage would be much appreciated.
