Hey! I’m a pretty easygoing person who enjoys a calm, tidy home and a good balance between social time and personal space. I work during the week and like having a relaxed place to come back to in the evenings. I’m respectful of shared areas, clean up after myself, and appreciate living with people who do the same.

In my downtime I usually keep things fairly low-key — watching a good series, getting outside for a walk, working on projects, or catching up with friends. I’m friendly and always up for a chat in the kitchen or the occasional shared dinner or drink, but I’m not really into big parties at home. I value a home that feels comfortable and easy to live in.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, communicate well, and generally try to make living together straightforward and drama-free. I’m considerate about noise, keep common areas tidy, and respect everyone’s schedules and space.

Overall I’m just looking for a good, relaxed flat where everyone gets along, respects each other, and enjoys having a nice place to live.
