Hiya, my name’s Arlya. I’m looking for preferably a studio apartment, single room or self contained area. I will be going into my third year of study and work two jobs so am very busy. I am not at home very often but am quiet when I am and don’t have friends over. I have a little cat who is fully litter trained, but if possible I’d love a little area for her to go outside a couple hours a day! I have my own car and would love some off-street parking.
