Hi, I’m Larri. I’m a mature and professional business owner operating as a leadership coach and consultant. I predominantly work from home but deliver project-based work with corporate organisations across sport and business. I am new to living in Auckland as I recently transitioned from Wellington. My work focuses on helping people perform and live well, so I naturally value calm, respectful, and well-held environments. I’m exploring a short term accommodation up until 5th June when I move into my new home. I am seeking space that offers a sense of independence within a home; somewhere that feels peaceful, spacious, and easy to live in. I come with my friendly house-trained Basset Hound, Bosco, who is gentle, well-behaved, and used to being around people and other animals. Ideally, I’m looking for a dog-friendly home (even better if there’s another dog for company), with a secure fenced yard where he can relax safely. A few practical things that matter to me: • A home that is clean, calm, and well cared for • Space to feel independent (I’m very comfortable doing my own thing) • Secure storage (garage or similar) for my bikes — as cycling is a big part of my life • Good communication and mutual respect in the household In terms of living style, I’m easygoing, tidy, and considerate. I enjoy my own space and rhythm, and I’m not someone who brings noise or chaos into a home. At the same time, I’m warm and friendly and enjoy genuine connection when it naturally arises. Now that I have found myself an Auckland home, this next step is about finding a short term interim base. I’m more interested in fit and alignment than just filling a room.
