Hey! I’m Bailey 👋

I’m looking to team up with someone (or some people (group is so in right now) to find a flat together in Auckland CBD or nearby suburbs (Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Mt Eden, Parnell, etc.). My budget is up to $400 per week inclusive of bills, and I do have a car, so a car park is a must.

I work as a full-time project manager, Mon-Friday (9 day fortnight) and standard working hours with a day or two WFH, as needed.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, a non‑smoker/vaper, and pretty laid‑back at home. I’m up early during the week and like a calm, easy-going place. I’m fairly independent but do enjoy being social now and then — a chat or shared meal here and there is always nice.

I try to live a healthy, active lifestyle (gym, swimming, walks, etc.) and if I’m not working, studying or out exercising, then I’m likely a few hours deep into a gaming session or watching Youtube.

I’m not looking for a party flat, but I do enjoy a social, considerate household where everyone communicates well. If you’re also keen to flat hunt together and think we’d get along, flick me a message 😊
