My name is Joe, I have just moved from the UK to Queenstown. I work full time Monday - Friday so I will be keeping a regular routine.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I do enjoy the occasional drink and hanging out socially now and then, but I’m definitely not a party person and tend to keep things pretty low key. I would never be someone who’ll be causing any issues.

I am just mainly looking for a relaxed, comfortable place to live
