Takashi

We are a family from Japan (father and two children) currently living in Christchurch for the children’s schooling. We moved here last year for their study.

We are looking for a home from around August/September until 22 December, as we will return to Japan then.

Our children attend school in the Redcliffs/Sumner area, and we are also open to nearby areas such as Sumner, Mt Pleasant, Lyttelton and surrounding suburbs.

During weekdays the children are at school/kindergarten, and on Saturdays they attend Japanese school, so they are out most of the day.

We are currently living in a shared house, so the children are used to being quiet and respectful. They have a settled routine and are usually in bed by 9pm.

We are clean, tidy, and take good care of the property. We aim to be easy to live with and respectful of others.

My English is not perfect, but I can communicate well and always try to be respectful.
