I am an easy person to live with are able to provides references from previous people I have house sit for, including the current people I flat with. I do not drink alcohol or smoke and are very tidy…cleaning up after myself . My main food preference is vegetarian food, and value a peaceful environment to live in. I am respectful of people’s privacy and my own plus pay the rent on time. I prefer to live with people that are single and over 45 that do not mind living with a retired person that is not in paid employment due to my age and a lower tailbone issue. However I am actively enjoying vegetable gardening, walking, swimming, cooking, visiting my grandchildren, learning to speak Māori, reading books of interest to me and learning from others.
