Hi, I am Tilak a full-time working professional based in Warkworth. I have been living in the same place for the past 2.5 years, but as my current flatmates have moved into their new home, I am now looking for a long-term place closer to work. (Orewa/Silverdale/Red Beach)

I am very clean and tidy. I am mindful of shared spaces, resources and always keep things neat. I have also owned and rented out my own property, so I understand the importance of looking after a home properly.
